Some people believe that hemlines rise and fall with stock prices. The theory is called the hemline index, and that skirts get shorter in good economic times. Well, I hope summer's mini dress trend portends a future bullish market! My strategy is to invest now and add a few high-yield options to my portfolio, starting with the Valentino on crazy sale, below, this Zara (similar to dress, above), Jonathan Simkhai, Arianne Elmy, Saint Laurent and Goldsign.
