While bracing for what's forecasted to be one of the coldest storms in years, praying my flight will make into Aspen on Thursday, studying various weather model predictions, and simultaneously reconciling with a soggy, stuck-in-LA weekend, I'm also examining how exactly the women of London, specifically those currently attending Fashion Week, endure long English winters with steadfast style. From these pics alone, I've concluded a statement jacket or coat is mandatory. Perhaps even all one needs to get by!
