Tropical Storm Elsa didn't stop me from dressing up for lunch at La Goulue yesterday--although the rain did add an unfortunate rumpled effect! Oh, well, what's a little water, especially when the dress cost me $30! I also packed these under $200 beauties from Asos, English Factory, Faithfull the Brand, and En Saison. Happy weekend, all!
