Back in May, Brookly-based Olivia Palermo told Vogue India of her quarantine style: 'I've been using fashion to help maintain a sense of normalcy." Her mantra: make it safe, but make it fashion. Not only does she opt for silk statement-making scarves but she's converted them into face coverings with ear straps, so they stay up above her nose. (We all know: cloth masks may not protect the wearer, but may keep the wearer from spreading the virus to others.) I like this idea for when I'm socially distanced in public settings. I'd use this striped bandana or this polka dot print and wouldn't mind investing in this vintage .
