I'm all for dressing up when traveling, but a comfortable outfit is a must. For me, the linchpins to a good traveling outfit are stretchy jeans and a lightweight blazer. For a fellow female passenger on my flight to Mexico last week, the ticket was a short, off-the-shoulder dress, similar to the one by LN Family, above. The look was fun, fanciful, and south-of-the-border ready. (The Bardot neckine also happens to be a big Spring 2015 trend.) Although I wouldn't necessarily wear this kind of dress on a plane (too skin-baring, not emergency evacuation-friendly!), I'd definitely wear it from the tarmac to the taco bar and beyond!
