shower sandals

This spring designers from Chloe to Isabel Marant will be serving up various interpretations of the shower slide, the onetime locker room staple. But Swedish stylist and blogger Columbine Smille, pictured above in Tulum recently, has me convinced I should stick to the original Adidas sandal. It costs $20 and is the real deal! That being said, I adore Newbark's version, which is more feminine and refined. Either way, my tootsies are going to be comfortable come spring!

I grew up with these. When I was a kid, they were the summer staple. I guess I am old.
Good to see them looking fantastic, again.

Columbine also rocks the Isabel Marant slides in an older blog post. They are amazingly comfy and look so chic!

Is the bottom photo also the adidas sandal? I like.

yah, adidas are the coolest. And I do like the Isabel Marant's that Columbine has been sporting of late. (Zara has a semi-similar pair that I am thinking about getting....but I wonder if I may not be quite hip enough and they will end up looking "old-lady").

Thank you for supporting the originals! Buying these for $500 seems ridiculous even for the most extravagant fashionista.

I got them this summer (i live in the southren hemisfere), and have been using them non stop for the last 60 days, inside and out the house, Never have i had a more comfortable shoe. I have them in classic black and wite like shown in the pic... But have you considered the customized version in all white from the adidas website at 45$?

Hadn't seen the customizable option before. All white, all black, white with silver stripes, black with silver stripes....

Regarding the Adidas Adilette: Zappos suggests that the size difference between mens and womens is 1 size but the Adidas site suggests ordering two sizes down. Do you have a recommendation?
