Fall arrivals are landing in droves, but the season hasn’t quite turned, and it shows—bare shoulders, easy linens, sandals that aren’t ready to retire. What’s shifting, however, is the intention: everyone unveiling their post-summer selves, sun still on their skin, but already layering in the first hints of what’s next. A suede bag here, a boot-cut pant there, longer sleeves, knits tied around the waist--essentially fall sneaking into the frame while summer still insists on leading the outfit. Cases in point: Coco Schiffer's mix-up of a leather St. Agni tote with a flowy satin Khaite skirt; Lison's Sebellin's capri pants (I just got these for $64) and billowy trench (it's so pretty I'd want to wear as a dress);Amalie Moosegaard's Alex Mill jeans with a tank and a blazer, Nikki Kule's High Sport pants, Kule blouse and The Row sandals (these work for a lot less); Michal Kurtis' mesh shirt and Maria McManus white button down shacket; and just-out Doen lace.
