feeling all white

 

Labor Day has come and gone--but summertime whites are still omnipresent. At least, in New York City. Fashion show attendees (and the super style savvy) are wearing the cream of the crop but styled in ways that are more suitable for September rather than August despite the summer-like heat--i.e., with fall-ready knee-high boots, leather penny loafers and block-heeled pumps. Particularly popular: white maxi skirts, such as these from Toteme, Bardot, Jil Sander, and Mara Hoffman.
