Jumping on the #womensupportingwomen empowerment movement here and sharing two female-founded brands I discovered this weekend, thanks to my best girl friends. These same friends will tell you I wear my heart on my sleeve--and on my neck, see above--and thus turned me on to jewelry designer Lisa Statt, who designs the cutest necklaces using semi precious stones, African beads, and vintage acrylic hearts from the '70s and sells her wares at Poppy (which, FYI, is now carrying a small but stunning selection of women's clothing!). They come in a rainbow of joyful colors and, put simply, they make me happy. Something else making me smile is my newfound glow c/o Saie's Dew Balm in Rosy Gold. It's a seriously next-level, game-changing highlighter--it soothes my skin with feel-good moisturizers and illuminators (Hyaluronic Acid and Marshmallow Root) and makes me look way younger and smarter for knowing about it!
