It's no secret that I own lots (and lots) of dresses, but the ones I love most are the ones that cost me the least. One of them is a two-year-old H&M dress, above, which I like to wear as a bathing suit cover-up (i.e. sheer, without its slip). It racked up so many compliments in the Hamptons this past weekend, I decided dig up other under-$100 (beach-to-bar) dresses, which you can wear now and summers beyond.
