I have an inordinate amount of Balinese sarongs, thanks to my mother who lived (and met my father) there and my own visits. Since I am half Indonesian and possess all these beautiful textiles, you'd think I'd be an expert in wrapping them elegantly, stylishly around my body. Actually, though I've earnestly tried to pull them off, I don't think I've really ever done so with masterful aplomb. Enter these silk sarongs, which I discovered at Topshop (of all places!).
