For swimsuit trends and inspiration, there may be no better place to look than Hawaii. It's the daily year-round uniform, and this summer for Oahu-based Halley Elefante (A.K.A. , pictured above and below), the one-piece is having its moment in the sunlight. What makes this suit stand out are splash-making details we can all appreciate, from cut-outs to one-shoulder silhouettes to lace-up ties (plus extra coverage from the sun!).
