Summer nights in LA are typically chilly, but this unusually balmy weekend had me under the Malibu stars wearing a simple but elegant shoulder-baring dress. The compliments I received prompted me to seek out more stylish ways to show some skin this season, and the first idea I came up with is the ruffled and backless (and Harry's Bar-worthy) Reformation, above.
