couture cool

While the haute couture clothing coming down Paris' runways right now may not be the most accessible, the cool winter-ready looks prancing around the surrounding boulevards are definitely within reach. Take for instance, the striped fur, above, which looks very similar to the Ainea faux jacket posted this morning. Also spotted on stylish fashion show attendees: shearling lined jackets this Mango (on sale!) and this Iro; big, colorful scarves; wool and leather moto jackets like this Sacai (last pic below--on sale!) and this Vince; fringed outerwear like this Thakoon and this Joie (I love the tasseled cardi over the oversized denim jacket!); stripes and more stripes; and over-the-top statement bags, such as this, this, this and this. Respect.

I remember your first post about the mango jacket, and now that it's on sale I think I'll buy it. Question...the last time I ordered a few things from mango the sizing was inconsistent. Any idea how this particular piece fits?

I've found that Mango's jackets run true to size. For tops and pants, I size up.
